You have seen that concentration affects the overall flow of a substance
across a membrane. If a cell moves (or is moved) into an area of low or
high concentration, it will cause the concentration inside of the cell to
change. For some single celled creatures, this is how they get nutrients
to be absorbed into their cells. For red blood cells, this is part of
the story that helps to explain how they pick up oxygen in your lungs and
deliver it to the rest of your body.

different concentrations of oxygen and observe how the oxygen
