PROTEIN FOLDING & LIPID INTERACTIONS:
This video shows protein folding: hidrophobic and hidrophilic interaction with the water media, and between positive and negative charges present in opposite sides of the protein chain.
Also it shows interactions between proteins and lipids. Proteins form a channel in the cell membrane (cell membrane: is formed with two layers of lipid molecules, "only one layer is shown on this video").
Finally an exchange of molecules through the membrane is possible through the protein channel....
