Choice “B” is incorrect. Neutral particles which move freely would best describe a gas. It could also describe a liquid since liquid particles have considerable freedom of movement as well, relative to a solid. Choice “B” is not a plasma since the particles of plasma are generally charged, not neutral. Plasma particles do have great freedom of movement and, in that sense, are similar to a gas.
