The green structure you see in the adrenaline binding site is a "fake" adrenaline molecule. It is so similar to adrenaline (it has one extra atom) that the adrenalin receptor mistakenly recognizes it as adrenalin! Scientists often use molecular mimics such as this to study a receptor without activating it.
